I cannot stop sneezing today. Seriously. We were going to all go see the Indy movie today but there is no way I can go like this. My husband took the older three and my 5yo buddy and I are watching a movie here at home. I think I need to go buy some more Puffs Plus with lotion - I should probably just buy stock in the company while I’m at it. *sniffle*

…when i’m not expecting anyone - mostly because i can’t see who’s at the door (no peephole or sidelight). but this evening the garage door was open, so i decided i’d better answer. it was a current town council member that is not running for re-election, coming to ask everyone to vote. she was very nice and we had a good conversation about issues in the town. she told me that turnout was very low for early voting and that meant it would be a close vote. i’m not sure why she thinks that, but turnout is usually very low anyway. i am going to do some research tonight because i’ll be at the homeschool bookfair tomorrow and won’t have much time. the trick will be remembering to go vote on saturday!

…under my dresser
…on a shelf in the pantry
…on my night stand
…under the couch
…on the TV screen
…in the utensil drawer
…under pillows
…on the transom over the side patio doors
…every corner

they are…
nerf darts. i think they are reproducing. they’re almost as prolific as legos.

you know when you’re reading a magazine in a waiting room? and you see an article you want to keep? please don’t tear it out of the magazine. it is very annoying for those of us that would like to read it, only to find the tattered edges of those pages. honestly, i’d rather you just took the whole magazine. thank you.
